The house
A quiet cafe on Al Wasl. Coffee in the morning, a short lunch board, a proper dinner plate, and two desserts. The room is small on purpose.
We toast our own bread. We keep the list short so the kitchen can do one thing well at a time. If it is not that service, it is not on the table.
How the day runs
Hours come from the house, not a printed card. Each dish is timed to its service.
